REFUNDS + RETURNS
Returns
We Stock Your Shop does not accept returns. We show all of our products via livestream in our Facebook Group and discuss the features and quality at length.
We have no Minimum Order or Quantity Requirements EVER so you can always grab one and see if you like it before you commit to a larger quantity.
Refunds (if applicable)
Damaged or lost items will be 100% refunded if reported within 7 days of delivery. If the damaged item needs to be returned to We Stock, your refund will be processed as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse. Contact info@westockyourshop.com to report your order damaged or if your order does not show up in a timely manner. Tracking numbers are sent out automatically, however you can always contact us to request your tracking information if you do not receive it.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@westockyourshop.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@westockyourshop.com and we will let you know which warehouse to return your items to.
Shipping
For damaged inventory RETURN, we will send you a return shipping label. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If it is an exchange, you will be responsible to cover the return shipping and we will ship the replacement for free.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. Tracking information will be sent to you via email.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
